The program aims to establish a well informed network of groups of interest in 6 regions in Albania (Tirana, Shkoder, Elbasan, Korçe, Gjirokaster and Vlora) in relation to the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) and other EU related programs and instruments. This will be done through conducting several workshops and trainings. Target groups include: local government, associations of business and farmers.
