The project aims to change the situation of youth of Kukes; make young men and women be part of the whole local processes of democratization and ensure their active citizenship. This will be done through popular education, focus group discussions, establishments of interest groups, joint round tables , public opinion polls, watchdog etc. Target groups will be 220 young men and women of Kukes.
