Consultancy Opportunity: Baseline Study, DR Congo

Olof Palme International Center seeks a consultant(s) to develop a baseline for our Programme in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). It shall serve as the basis for the development of a strong Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (PMEL) framework for the five-year DRC Programme. The assignment will also provide recommendations on what and how to follow up on the baseline.
