Follow-up and reporting
In order to be able to decide during the implementation whether you are heading in the right direction, it is important to decide already in the planning phase in which way each activity is to be followed up during the year and who is responsible for following up the various parts.

Deadline for submitting your annual report to the Palme Center or to your Swedish partner organisation (if applicable) is 1st of February. A complete report should include the following:
- A narrative (descriptive) report in which you and your Swedish partner organisation (if applicable) describe what changes/results your operation/project has contributed to and how.
- An audited financial report containing a signed expenditure specification, an audit report according to ISA 805, Management Letter, Management Response and an Auditors certificate.
