Projektsammanfattning

The project is implemented in Shkoder, Albania. The main target groups are young people from Shkodra municipality. Through mobilizing, capacity building and the use of social contract the project aims to monitor the services delivered by the government and identify priority issues which requires to be included in the youth local strategy.
